Double Fudge Blondies
Ingredients Cake:
- 250 g butter softened
- 375g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 225g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 180g white chocolate melted
Ingredients Cream Cheese Filling:
- 200g cream cheese softened
- 80 g white chocolate melted
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flour
Directions Filling:
- Place cream cheese, chocolate, maple syrup, egg and flour in bowl and beat until smooth
Directions Cake:
- Place butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl - beat until light and fluffy
- Gradually beat in eggs
- sift together flour and baking powder over butter mixture
- add chocolate and mix well to combine
- spread half mixture over base of greased and lined 23cm square tin
- Top with cream cheese filling and cover with remaining mixture.
- Bake 180* 45 mins or until firm
- Cool in tin
