Double Fudge Blondies

Directions Filling:

  1. Place cream cheese, chocolate, maple syrup, egg and flour in bowl and beat until smooth

Directions Cake:

  1. Place butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl - beat until light and fluffy
  2. Gradually beat in eggs
  3. sift together flour and baking powder over butter mixture
  4. add chocolate and mix well to combine
  5. spread half mixture over base of greased and lined 23cm square tin
  6. Top with cream cheese filling and cover with remaining mixture.
  7. Bake 180* 45 mins or until firm
  8. Cool in tin
