Carrot Cake

  1. Mix well together:

  2. Sift and fold in

  3. Add 250 grams of grated carrots and 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts.

  4. Bake in 20cm round baking tin at 180 C for 1 hour. Allow cake to cool.

  5. Combine 250g of cream cheese with several tablespoons of honey (to taste) for cake icing.
