At long last the formula for Cajun salad dressing. Let me know how it goes.

Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 1/3 cup of tomatoe dressing (not ketchup) some of the commercial brands will do if you don't make your own. e.g Rageletto.
- 1/3 cup of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Worchestershire sauce
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of tabasco
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of french style mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- salt (if desired to taste)
- 1 cup of olive oil
Method
- Process all but the oil in a blender.
- slowly add the olive oil and continue to process.
- The dressing needs to be well shaken before serving as the oil and other liquid part company quickly.
- The dressing is particularly good served over tomatoes and onion topped with fresh basil.
