Butterscotch Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 250g butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 1/2 cups sifted self raising flour
Directions:
- Preheat oven 170
- Cream butter, sugar, syrup and vanilla until light and fluffy
- Stir in the flour
- Roll into balls, place on lightly greased oven tray, flatten with fork
- Cook for 20 minutes in a slow oven
