- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
Method
Preheat Oven to 160°C, grease and line an 8 x 11 inch (20cm x 28cm) pan.
- Mix butter and sugar
- Beat in eggs
- Add cocoa, flour, salt, vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in nuts
- Bake in the preprared pan for 30 - 35 minutes
- Cool in tin, then cut into 20 squares
