Chocolate Brownies

Method

Preheat Oven to 160°C, grease and line an 8 x 11 inch (20cm x 28cm) pan.

  1. Mix butter and sugar
  2. Beat in eggs
  3. Add cocoa, flour, salt, vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Stir in nuts
  5. Bake in the preprared pan for 30 - 35 minutes
  6. Cool in tin, then cut into 20 squares
